Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Cardiac Cath Lab department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Handle patient paperwork and documentation, including consent forms and patient records.
- Prepare for operations by sterilizing the space and shaving the patient at the catheter insertion site.
- Monitor patient vitals and sedation during and after operations to ensure patient safety.
- Provide discharge paperwork and care instructions to patients or their families.
- Update patient charts to reflect information about their operation.
- Current RN licensure and certification in Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
