We are looking for an exceptional Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of building high-quality and maintainable systems. As a key member of our team, you will work across our entire technology stack to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet our business requirements.

  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet our business requirements.
  • Quality and Maintainability: Embrace and advocate for a culture of comprehensive code test coverage to ensure the reliability and maintainability of our systems.
  • System Architecture Design: Lead the creation of technical design documents and product design documents, guiding the team in making informed architectural decisions that align with our business goals.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Foster a culture of collaboration by actively engaging in learning, teaching, mentoring, and pairing with other engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full stack experience with proficiency in technologies including Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Heroku, and AWS.
  • Proven experience in building high-quality and maintainable systems in any programming language.
  • Experience in modern web application development, including proficiency in JavaScript and CSS, to create high-quality interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and a commitment to writing comprehensive code test coverage.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
