HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at McCarl's LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective people strategies.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Company's people strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract qualified candidates and manage the hiring process.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure an efficient recruiting process.
  
• Design and lead a comprehensive onboarding program to integrate new employees into Company culture.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability and retirement plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute a forward-thinking and innovative strategy that aligns with both short and long-term business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in an HR role in a Construction, Manufacturing, or similar field/operational industry.
  
• Professional certifications in HR are a plus.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and benefits administration.
  

This position requires some travel due to national Company growth initiatives. The travel requirements will mostly be day trips to area office and shop locations.
