We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Greater Cincinnati area. As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students of various age groups to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and develop effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress, including progress reports and IEP updates
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Ohio SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of educational settings and communication strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
