Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring the facility and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, and emptying trash.
  • Responsible for personal laundry service and maintaining the cleanliness of entire building.
  • Monitor public restrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and report any areas or articles in need of repair to the Assistant Director.
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
