Compensation and Benefits:

Work Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime opportunities based on business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and determine assembly methods and sequences, even when complete information is not available.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, including soldering irons, wire strippers, and wrenches, to perform assembly tasks.
  • Select and integrate components into sub-assemblies and final assembly units.
  • Conduct setups, alignments, and adjustments while maintaining specified tolerances.
  • Disassemble, modify, and reassemble units as necessary, ensuring quality and functionality.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior assemblers, reviewing their work and monitoring progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations.
