  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care and assist in achieving desired health outcomes.

  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration in all aspects of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia prior to onboarding.
  • BLS Certification: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and communicate effectively with patients and team members. The role may involve exposure to various health-related environments.
