Landscape Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team at Leo Landscape LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting business objectives.

• Direct and coordinate workflow on job sites, including hands-on work and operating heavy machinery.
• Manage personnel effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Communicate production goals and expectations to crew members and clients, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Track and record job expenses, including materials and labor costs.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

• 1+ year of experience in landscape maintenance, with a preference for 3+ years.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
• Proficient heavy equipment operating skills, including front-end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid-steer machinery.
• Knowledge and experience in installing various hardscape applications.
• Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees, including identification and cultural requirements.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background.
