Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator at Winnow, you will be instrumental in crafting communications that promote our food waste solutions across the Americas.
This role is ideal for an emerging marketer eager to make a meaningful contribution in a purpose-driven organization.
You will create compelling content for events, customer success stories, social media, and marketing initiatives.
A skilled storyteller, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to effectively convey ideas and manage projects.
The Marketing Coordinator will also play a key role in extending our reach into Spanish-speaking markets, necessitating fluency in Spanish to lead initiatives in these areas.
The ideal candidate will possess approximately 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospitality or B2B context, along with a relevant marketing qualification or degree.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and the Marketing Manager (Brand & Events).
Key Responsibilities- Drive content creation for marketing initiatives as outlined in Winnow's communications strategy, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets.
- Collaborate with account teams and customer success managers to gather and share success stories across various channels.
- Assist in developing presentations and webinars to support Winnow's deployments in Central and South America.
- Partner with the Global Marketing Manager to execute PR campaigns in Spanish-speaking regions.
- Work with the commercial design lead to produce and customize customer-facing materials, including posters, point-of-sale content, photography, and videos.
- Enable customers to highlight their impact through targeted social media campaigns.
- Create high-quality written content, including newsletters, blogs, and informational brochures.
- Coordinate trade shows and client events, managing sales materials, event logistics, and collateral.
- Collaborate with agencies, designers, and other vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Essential Skills
