Primary Office Location:

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Banking Relationship Specialist to join our team.

Business Unit: Retail Banking

Reports to: Branch Manager

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting banking products and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the sales process through greeting clients, identifying customer service and product needs, and making recommendations for banking products and services.
  2. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
  3. Incorporate digital banking products and services into client interactions.
  4. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
  5. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. High School or GED
  2. 0 years of job-related experience
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  6. Detail-oriented
  7. Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
  8. MS Word - Basic Level
  9. MS Excel - Intermediate Level
  10. MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
  11. Experience in a related position
  12. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services
  13. Sales and customer service skills
  14. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required
