Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement on designated client accounts
- Oversee pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop comprehensive engagement work plans
- Prepare budgets and manage engagement scheduling
- Contribute to proposal development
- Supervise a team of associates, including interns, providing ongoing performance feedback
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective management and communication
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting
- Experience in Retail/Consumer, Manufacturing & Distribution, or Hospitality
- Preferred experience with CHAMP SEC & PCAOB
- A Bachelor's Degree
- CPA licensure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to engage in business development
In California, the salary range for this position is $130,000 - $210,000, with compensation determined by factors such as geographical location, qualifications, and experience. Our total rewards package includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, inclusive parental benefits, and access to premier learning and development resources.
