Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to support patients throughout their continuum of care.
- Instruct patients and their families on the use of therapies, exercises, and appliances to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
- Prioritize caseloads, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
