HVAC Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at West Virginia Property Management.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced HVAC professional to work with our clients in maintaining and repairing their heating and cooling systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling to client properties to inspect and diagnose issues with their HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance tasks, and provide guidance on repairs or replacements as needed.

• Inspecting Client Systems: Inspect client's current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Maintenance and Repairs: Maintain, repair, and replace heaters and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects
• Cleaning and Adjusting: Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services
• Inventories and Training: Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources, participate in technical training
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Experience: 1+ years of training in HVAC and willingness for more training in the area of HVAC
• Licenses and Certifications: Current HVAC technician license, valid driver's license
• Skillset: Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating, working knowledge of boiler systems, ability to work in confined spaces, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
