Join the Anthropologie team as a Sales Associate and contribute to driving sales through exceptional customer experiences.

**Role Summary:**

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Engage with customers in a personalized way, making them feel welcome, heard, and valued
* Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions
* Utilize technology to provide a frictionless customer experience, including transactions, size and color searches, and order placement for unavailable items

**Teamwork and Communication:**

* Build productive relationships with peers, seeking support when needed and offering assistance to others
* Participate in product knowledge sharing, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers
* Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders
* Provide insights on customer and employee experiences, communicating feedback to Store Leadership

**Visual and Business Operations:**

* Understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift, impacting the store's business
* Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of new products and restocks, and contributing to omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels
* Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates

**Requirements:**

* Passion for the Anthro brand
* Experience in customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
