Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Administrator to join our team at GovCIO. This is a full-time position located in Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and maintenance support for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS system infrastructure.
  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain VDI for thick/thin/zero clients and server virtualization technologies.
  • Support SQL Database infrastructure and OMC server and desktop-based software applications.
  • Provide data backup and restoration capabilities for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and Special Access Systems.
  • Support replication of network file share volumes via Distributed Files System w/ Replication (DFS-R) between the NCR and NSGB locations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft System Administration in an enterprise environment.
  • 4+ years of experience leading tasks of a similar size/scope as outlined in the position description.
  • 4+ years of experience with the following IT disciplines: Security configuration of Windows Server/Windows 10, Microsoft SCCM or similar technologies, Maintaining PKI Infrastructure, Implementing and managing VDI Infrastructure, Server Virtualization Technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or 10-years equivalent experience.
  • TOP SECRET w/ SCI Eligible security clearance.
  • Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g. SEC+ or equivalent), VCP, and either the MCSE Core Infrastructure or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification.
