Requirements

  • Assistant Manager Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in an apartment complex with 100 units.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Software: Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
