Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider in the Oklahoma City metro area, renowned for its innovative cardiovascular program. We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and relevant certifications, with experience in procedural areas. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining equipment for cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient care and a sterile environment.

This role includes serving as a preceptor for new hires and working closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists in a state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
  • Ensure patient care and a sterile environment.
  • Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
  • Participate in the orientation of new staff.
  • Maintain a strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a formal program in radiologic technology.
  • Relevant certifications, such as RCIS or ARRT.
  • Experience in procedural areas.
  • Basic Life Support training or re-training required during orientation.
