At Unbound Now, we are committed to providing individualized crisis response and ongoing case management and support for youth survivors of sex trafficking.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CSEY Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized crisis response and ongoing case management and support for youth survivors of sex trafficking
  • Develop and implement comprehensive service plans to meet the unique needs of each survivor
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, CST care coordinators, and other referral sources to ensure seamless support for survivors
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and services as needed
  • Document all interactions with survivors, their families, and partner agencies within 72 hours

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
  • Experience working with victims of human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, or youth experiencing homelessness and/or addiction
  • Lived experience of trafficking or exploitation preferred
  • Trained in trauma-informed care, stages of change model, and motivational interviewing
  • Mature Christian faith, as evidenced by participation in a local Christian church
