Senior Systems Completion Specialist

In this key position, you will oversee the systems completion process for construction projects. This entails coordinating testing, inspection, and verification of installed systems and equipment to ensure readiness for startup and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain systems completion plans and schedules that align with project objectives and milestones.
- Monitor progress against these plans and identify potential issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure all required documentation and certifications are obtained and properly recorded for each system or subsystem.
- Coordinate turnover activities with commissioning teams to facilitate a smooth transition from construction to startup and operations.
- Provide training and support to project teams on systems completion procedures and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience working as a systems completion coordinator or in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems completion principles, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Smart Completions Software.
- An estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
