Sales Manager Role at Aaron's

As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences in our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close agreements, process renewal payments, and maintain the showroom floors to ensure a well-organized and attractive environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and achieve sales goals.
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions and provide support with deliveries when needed.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Valid state Driver's License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
  • Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
