Studio Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our F45 studio in [location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to increase fitness membership sales and promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and supporting team members to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, including front desk systems, studio practices, and customer care.
• Recruit and retain top talent, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
• Drive financial plans and increase gross margins through optimal programming and capacity utilization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community groups, and charitable organizations to drive outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Coach 10-15 classes per week and maintain a strong working knowledge of our small-group training programs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry.
• Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• 3+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management.
• Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Associates, and clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody Online, Loyalsnap, as well as various media platforms.
