Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients with activities of daily living skills, ensuring a safe and clean environment in the residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress, including schedules, notes, and shift logs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults.
  • Peer Specialist certification is an asset.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Valid Full driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a rich benefit package, tuition assistance, 401(k) with employer contribution, and more.
