Job DescriptionThis position offers the opportunity to deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Work with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification required if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year.
