Compensation: Pay range $19-$20 / hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to the daily menu and established recipes.
• Assist in serving food during designated meal times.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in food preparation and kitchen maintenance.
• Respond promptly to the needs and requests of residents and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
• Previous experience in large-scale cooking or therapeutic diet preparation is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English are essential.
• Possession or willingness to obtain necessary food handling and sanitation certifications.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Excel and Word, is required.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Capable of addressing practical challenges and adapting to varying situations.
• Foster a friendly and supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
