Select Medical is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Rehabilitation for a per diem / prn nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  • Hourly Rate: $00 per hour
  • Shift Differentials: $50 for nights and $3.50 for weekends

As a Registered Nurse, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.

Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
