Position Summary: The Automotive Retail Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and leadership of the store team. This role is pivotal in aligning with Monro's mission to be the foremost choice for automotive maintenance and tire services, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop sales and technical staff to consistently deliver a top-tier customer experience.
  • Achieve sales targets by collaborating on the creation and execution of effective sales strategies, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
  • Promote tire and service offerings to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Support team members in fostering a productive sales atmosphere through comprehensive training on operations and customer service.
  • Oversee staffing needs by managing recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Maintain financial oversight by managing expenses related to payroll, utilities, and store maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support store operations.

Management Scope: The Automotive Retail Supervisor leads all store personnel, including service technicians and management staff, under the guidance of the District Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance while managing costs effectively.
  • Strong capability to inspire and motivate a team to meet objectives.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Customer-focused mindset with extensive experience in service-oriented environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Business acumen with a commitment to exceeding established performance goals.

Work Environment: This position operates within an automotive service environment, which may involve exposure to various elements such as noise, weather conditions, and automotive-related materials.

Physical Requirements:
