Essential Qualifications:

  • Obtain National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment.
  • Complete 70 hours of Basic Training within 120 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
  • Undergo Dementia Specialty Training within 120 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
  • Complete Mental Health Specialty Training within 120 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
  • Acquire Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants training within 90 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
  • Obtain a WA Food Worker Card within 14 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Complete 7.5 hours of AIDS-related training upon hire for Providence St. Joseph Care Center and Marianwood.
