Essential Qualifications:
- Obtain National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment.
- Complete 70 hours of Basic Training within 120 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
- Undergo Dementia Specialty Training within 120 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
- Complete Mental Health Specialty Training within 120 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
- Acquire Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants training within 90 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
- Obtain a WA Food Worker Card within 14 days of employment for ElderPlace Assisted Living.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Complete 7.5 hours of AIDS-related training upon hire for Providence St. Joseph Care Center and Marianwood.

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) encompasses a service line within Providence, featuring over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers who assist nearly 200,000 individuals annually in their homes, clinics, and various community living settings across our expansive footprint.
