About the RoleWe are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing supportive care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation, as well as supporting individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

- Provide supportive care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
