About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
