Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in maximizing sales and driving business growth by executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items.

• Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to ensure seamless execution of merchandising resets and displays.
• Execute merchandising resets and displays to drive sales and maximize visibility of impulse items.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to create an engaging shopping experience.
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and drive sales.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and able to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive hand movements.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Stirling, NJ 07980.
