We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Armed Security Guards in Blanch, NC. This role involves patrolling correctional facilities and ensuring security both inside and outside the premises.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Critical Response: Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Site Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in varying environments and conditions.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
  • Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Licensing: As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Training: Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $21 per hour, with potential for a $2,000 hiring bonus for candidates with an active Armed NCPPSB guard card. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
