Paralegal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Erskine Law, PC. As a Paralegal, you will provide critical support to our attorneys, ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information

Requirements:

• Familiarity with legal research and procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required

• Lemon Law/warranty/consumer law knowledge
• Auto industry experience
