We are in search of a skilled full stack developer to collaborate with our enterprise applications division as it embarks on an exciting growth journey. This position will entail both backend and frontend responsibilities, fostering strong partnerships with product owners, designers, application development teams, customers, and internal business partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
  • Lead technical assessments, scoping, and management of code changes based on evolving business requirements and product enhancements.
  • Engage in the design, development, and implementation of custom software solutions, including refactoring legacy code and developing new features.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the production of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
  • Uphold coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay informed on modern technologies and innovations that can enhance HUB's technical solutions and portal platforms.
  • Prepare detailed specifications for program development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Analyze requirements, collaborate with architects, and lead the creation of thoughtful software designs.
  • Lead and contribute to technical discussions effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience.
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, web services, and unit testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of API design principles and concepts (SOLID, REST, GraphQL).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • A willingness to grow and share knowledge with team members.
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards.
  • Familiarity with front-end design patterns (SPA, MVVM).
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Experience with source control systems such as VSS, TFS, or Git.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Prior experience with Azure and .NET Core.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
