Job SummaryThe LVN/LPT will provide nursing care to clients in the areas of treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards. This is a part-time position with a schedule of PM & NOC Friday-Saturday and full-time 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (split shift, weekdays + alternating weekends).
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to clients in the areas of treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop care plans.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles preferred.
