Supply Chain Improvement Leader

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will have the opportunity to drive targeted, sustainable improvement in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation (QDCI) that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and the change management process. In this role, you will work closely with site DBS leaders and business leaders to build and lead a funnel of Kaizens and Process-Specific Projects (PSPs) aligned to the most critical improvement areas. Your primary responsibility will be to provide mentorship and facilitation to functional leaders or site DBS leaders to ensure successful scoping and execution of improvement projects, with a goal of sustaining 80%+ of Kaizens and PSPs. You will also work with the Danaher Business System Office (DBSO) to schedule events, align on new tools to advance DBS across Operations, and collaborate with other DBS leaders to ensure alignment of cross-functional processes involving Operations. In addition, you will be responsible for auditing existing processes and providing input and recommendations for the identification and selection of improvement projects that feed the Kaizen and PSP funnel. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, including using continuous improvement/lean tools. * Ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead through influence to achieve DBS and functional targets. * Strong background in DBS fundamentals with a proven track record of driving change and delivering results. * Excellent communication skills to work with individuals across all levels of the organization and the ability to train others. * Hands-on experience leading deployment of DBS tools: VSM, SW, TPI, 5S, PSP, VM/DM, VPM, or DSS preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: * Certified Practitioner (CP) in one or more Lean tools preferred. * Knowledge/experience of supply chain fundamentals, including DMS.
