About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the care team
  • Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on medication management and other health-related topics

Requirements
