Job Summary
Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and support in our pharmacy operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by efficiently processing sales transactions, maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy area, and providing assistance to customers as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by building loyalty and repeat business
• Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment
• Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify its condition and accuracy
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products
• Maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and modify job responsibilities as required
• Assist with health aids department maintenance and other tasks as needed
• Possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• Willingness to learn and implement new technologies and procedures
