Warehouse Assistant

Job DescriptionITG Communications, LLC is a leading provider of outsourced infrastructure services supporting the broadband cable and wireline telecommunication industries. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Receive and process inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for.

• Operate various equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to ensure the safe and efficient movement of inventory.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that all warehouse operations are optimized for efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or greater.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
