Job Description & Requirements

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes throughout Delaware County.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and treatments
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document all client interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
