Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in commercial settings.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial plumber.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools used in commercial construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving plumbing issues.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
