Boise Critical Care Nursing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Support Unit (Float Pool) at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.
About the Role- This is a full-time opportunity with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and a 12-hour night shift schedule.
- The successful candidate will support our Critical Care service line and maintain competencies for each unit supported.
- Inter-facility floating is expected between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations.
As part of St. Luke's Health System, you will be joining a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. Our Clinical Support Unit offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills and experience in various service lines, including Medical Surgical/Telemetry, Women's Center, and Critical Care.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
- Manage care of patients and document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree required.
- 1+ year of experience in nursing, preferably in critical care or emergency departments.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Idaho.
- A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
