Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a psychiatric setting.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
