Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to oversee the creation, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using Primavera P6. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Creation and Maintenance: Partner with project managers and leads to create and maintain accurate and reliable project schedules, including tasks, dependencies, dates, milestones, resources, and costs.
  • Schedule Analysis: Perform thorough schedule analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Dependency Management: Manage dependencies within and across portfolios, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Cost and Resource Loading: Load cost and resource data into Primavera P6, adhering to program governance procedures.
  • Interface with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with project managers, leads, and other stakeholders to gather data and adjust scheduling parameters as needed.
  • Scheduling Database Management: Create and maintain the scheduling database for all schedule templates, historic/completed, proposed, and active schedules for projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 8+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and high degree of computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Primavera P6 Certification: Desirable but not required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,600 - $145,700, based on factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
