Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the health status of our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, promoting optimal health outcomes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.
• Document resident care plans and progress notes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team, ensuring timely interventions and preventative measures.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care, is preferred.

About Our Offer:

• We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
