Our onboarding and training process is unmatched. During your initial 5 days with us, you will undergo an intensive onboarding experience. You will acquire a focused skill set, from converting leads to conducting outstanding buyer/seller consultations and mastering contracts - all designed to get you showing properties as soon as possible.
What we expect from you:
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients.
- Conduct property evaluations to ascertain property values for sellers.
- Be readily accessible to your clients when they require assistance.
- Maintain all systems and CRM tools updated with information from our channel partners.
- Possess a valid Real Estate License (Mandatory).
