### Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital, your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced treatment and comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions, including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas. You will work collaboratively with a Nursing Assistant partner to manage a manageable case load, helping patients achieve their outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.

### Key Responsibilities

- Receive admissions and/or transfers
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
- Accurately document patient information using EPIC
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including lab results and telemetry
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Instruct and counsel patients and their families

### Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a valid State RN License and BLS certification at hire. A BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred, as is clinical experience.
