Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized guidance.
  • Prepare and complete accurate tax-related forms, including multiyear, multistate, and year-end tax forms.
  • Provide clients with IRS audit support and ensure timely deposits of client payments.
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services to clients.
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration, and mentor and support teammates as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ seasons of previous tax experience, with a strong understanding of individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment and PTIN Certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
