**Job Title:** Direct Support Professional
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their emotional, social, and intellectual growth, and ensuring their overall well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist individuals with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including meal preparation, personal care, and housekeeping
* Support individuals with their emotional and social growth, including social and recreational activities
* Administer medication as needed
* Transport individuals to medical appointments and recreational outings
* Implement goal plans and behavioral supports in a family-style residential environment
**Work Schedule:**
* Weekend block shifts available
* Saturday-Sunday 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
**Compensation:**
* $17-$20 hourly wage
