Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Insight Pest Solutions LLC. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the quality of our services, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service
  • Work outdoors for most of the day, lifting at least 50lbs, and crawling/kneeling in tight spaces
  • Apply liquid treatments to the soil, drill, trench, and perform basic cleanup after a job
  • Data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory, or protocol standards
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a drug screen
