About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic care and support to patients and residents, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor patients' and residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and sitting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
  • Minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
